Would Gangstalkers be punished for talking about the Program?

 No, gang stalkers would not get punished if they told their target what was going on and that they are a target. Gang stalkers use psychological manipulation tactics to induce fear in their target and informing them of the situation is a way for the stalkers to achieve this. As such, these actions are not considered criminal and would not result in any legal repercussions. The police are in on the Program.

I had a former student of mine following me at one point. I was at a bar. He asked if that was where I intended to stay that night. I said yes. He told the others he would stay with me. He asked if it was okay for them to take a picture of me. I said okay. They each pulled out their cellphones and took my picture. He then explained that they had to email the picture to their probation officer to get their community service hours.

Alot of people know about the Program. All the TIs know about. All the people doing the gangstalking know about. All the denier trolls know about it. We are just being gaslighted. It's part of the psychological manipulation technique.
